Returns Policy

The following items may be returned if found to be faulty due to manufacturers defect only:

Batteries – 3 months after purchase

Chargers – 1 year after purchase

We cannot accept returns on items that are:

Defective due to misuse or general wear and tear

Tanks and Coils - are consumable items and therefore are not covered by a warranty unless they are found to be faulty immediately after purchase.

E-liquid - due to hygiene reasons e-liquid cannot be returned once opened or removed from the premises.  Flavour testers are available on request.

All warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
